Lettings Manager
Location: Farnham
Salary: £30,000 Basic | £50,000 On-Target Earnings
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Saturdays: 9:00am – 2:00pm (as required)
We are seeking a capable and experienced Lettings professional to take full ownership of a busy and successful lettings operation in Farnham. Whether you’re currently a Lettings Manager or an Assistant Manager ready to step up, this role offers the autonomy and responsibility to oversee every aspect of the lettings process.
The Role
This is a hands-on, all-rounder position requiring someone confident in managing the full lettings cycle. You’ll be trusted to run the department with minimal supervision, ensuring compliance, performance, and client satisfaction are consistently high.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all lettings activity from instruction to move-in
- Conduct valuations and win new business
- Manage renewals, compliance, and tenancy progression
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Support and guide junior team members
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and uphold service standards
About You
- Proven experience in Lettings Management or Assistant Management
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
- Able to work independently and take full responsibility
- Familiarity with the Farnham market is advantageous
