A busy and professional agency in Basingstoke is looking for an experienced and pro active Property Manager to join their team.
Basic Package: £28k – £32k and OTE c£40K.
Working rota: Monday to Friday 9am till 5.30pm and Saturdays to work 1 in 3 till lunchtime.
Onsite parking available.
Working as part of the property team, you will assist and look after tenants, landlords and their properties by handling and actioning calls proficiently to get things done when needed to the satisfaction of all involved. This is very much a Hands On Role!!
Further requirements of the role will include:
- Handling deposit negotiations
- Standard property and pre check out inspections
- EPC reviews
- Rent reviews
- Tenancy terminations & serving notices
- Property Refurbishments
- Arrears & payment collections
- Damp & Mould inspections
- Working with contractors
- Keeping landlords aware of legislation changes and making sure they are prepared
- Promoting landlord services & helping to grow the property portfolio
You will need to be comfortable and proactive building long term landlord relationships to advise and promote where required property improvements and services, along with ensuring empathy for tenants and landlords.
This varied and attention to detail role requires a go getting and a can-do attitude, whilst offering outstanding service levels to all, using modern property software to support your day-to-day tasks.
