Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
- Handle sales, purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and new build transactions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other third parties.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm procedures.
- Provide an exceptional standard of client care, maintaining regular communication and updates throughout each transaction.
About You
- You will have at least 2 years’ experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
- Excellent knowledge of the conveyancing process, Land Registry applications, and SDLT requirements.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build positive client relationships.
- Proficient in using case management systems and Microsoft Office.
