Job Title: Lettings Negotiator
Location: Gloucester
Are you an energetic and driven individual with a passion for property and people? Are client are looking for a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join their successful Gloucester branch.
About the Role:
As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be the face of their business, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants alike. You’ll be responsible for:

Conducting property viewings and negotiations

Matching tenants to suitable properties

Supporting landlords in securing quality tenants quickly

Building long-lasting client relationships

Managing enquiries and maintaining accurate records

Delivering excellent customer service at every stage of the process
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in lettings or estate agency

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-
A proactive and target-driven attitude
-
Strong organisation and attention to detail
-
Full UK driving licence and own car (essential)
