Lettings Negotiator
As an Experienced Lettings Negotiator, you will be the driving force behind new business development and the letting of residential properties within our portfolio.
You will work closely with landlords and tenants to ensure a smooth and efficient letting process.
Key Responsibilities:
·Conducting property viewings and appraisals
·Negotiating tenancy terms and closing deals
·Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
·Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation
·Managing and coordinating move-ins and contract renewals
·Providing market insights and advice to clients
·Achieving set targets and contributing to the overall success of the team
Requirements:
·A minimum of 1 year experience as a Lettings Negotiator
·A proven track record of meeting and exceeding target
·Excellent communication and negotiation skills
·Strong organizational and time-management abilities
·A customer-focused approach with high levels of professionalism
·Knowledge of the local property market and current legislation
·A full driving license and own vehicle
·Membership of a professional body (e.g., ARLA) is desirable
