Sales Negotiator
Are you an experienced and high performing Sales Negotiator?
We’re currently looking for a Sales Negotiator on behalf of a well-established independent estate agency in South Herts to join their busy and already successful sales team.
The Company:
An established & leading Hertfordshire estate agency is now seeking a confident, career driven, and motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join their busy team.
Having been operating for over 25 years, our client has established themselves within the Hertfordshire area and surrounding locations.
Key responsibilities of Sales Negotiator:
Hit or exceed agreed income targets
Maintaining own group of prospective sales applicants
Updating vendors
Maintaining strong and up-to-date knowledge of local property market
Carrying out market appraisals and winning instructions
Be competent in sales progression
Requirements:
This role requires you to have had a solid track record in sales negotiating
You must be passionate about property
Driven, dynamic and hungry
The ability to hit the ground running
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
