An independent agency in Berkshire is looking for a Sales Consultant to join their expanding branches in the Reading area.
With some experience already acquired from working within the property industry, you will aspire to become an integral member of the team.
Key elements of the Sales Negotiator Role:
- Carry out property viewings.
- Book valuations and viewings.
- Property Phone outs.
- Handle property enquires efficiently and expertly through all medias.
- Maximise all sales opportunities.
- Vendor Client Management and review.
- Sales Negotiations with buyers and sellers.
- Property Administration.
Key personal attributes sought:
- Friendly, professional and supportive.
- Well spoken and confident.
- Well presented.
- Team player.
- Familiar with the local area.
- Comfortable using inhouse computer systems.
- Organised.
An overall basic package up to £24,000 is available with an OTE £32,000. A five day week is worked with Saturdays on rota.
