Join our award winning client as a Franchise Support Advisor and play a key role in supporting their UK-wide network of property franchisees. This is your chance to work in a growing business where your voice is heard, your ideas are valued, and no two days are the same.
About the Role
As a Franchise Support Advisor, you’ll provide day-to-day support to their franchisees and their teams across the UK. You’ll be the first point of contact for questions about their lettings and sales systems, helping to resolve queries quickly and professionally.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Handling phone and email enquiries from franchisees and tenants

Supporting the use of their in-house CRM system (Ewereka) and third-party tools

Setting up rental properties and managing tenant move-ins/outs
-
Processing rent increases, direct debit changes, and deposits
-
Monitoring compliance tasks like gas checks and EICRs
-
Inputting and allocating payments accurately
-
Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues efficiently

Occasionally attending company events and conferences (1–2 times per year)

Desirable (but not essential):

Experience in lettings, estate agency, or property management

Familiarity with CRM systems or client accounting

Previous experience in a support or customer service role
