An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Branch Manager / Valuer to lead the team at the Shrewsbury office. This is a key leadership role that will suit a motivated and commercially-minded individual looking to take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the Shrewsbury branch, providing strong leadership and support to the team
- Carry out accurate property valuations and deliver expert market advice to clients
- Develop new business opportunities and grow the office’s profile in the local area
- Ensure exceptional client service and nurture long-term relationships
- Drive performance while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures
The Ideal Candidate
- A proven background in estate agency, ideally in a senior or managerial role
- Strong valuation experience and knowledge of the local property market
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Ambitious, commercially aware, and capable of developing a branch and team
- Membership of NAEA or RICS (or working towards) would be advantageous
