AMR Home Counties North is recruiting a Commercial Property Manager / Block Manager for a leading consultancy based in Beaconsfield, managing commercial properties throughout Buckinghamshire. The annual salary will be up to £40,000, depending on experience. As a Commercial Property Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of commercial and block management properties, ensuring compliance, maintaining key client relationships, and delivering outstanding service. Reporting to the Director of Property Management, you’ll play a key role in driving their reputation as trusted property advisors.
Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Manager:
- Ensure compliance with insurance, health & safety regulations, and legislation.
- Prepare and review annual service charge budgets and expense accounts.
- Oversee rent collection and support arrears recovery with the Associate Director.
- Proactively manage key lease and tenant events, including critical dates.
- Act as a liaison between service teams to ensure seamless client service.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients.
- Uphold compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.
The ideal Commercial Property Manager will have:
- 1–2 years of experience as a Commercial or Block Manager.
- Strong organisational, planning, and budgeting skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management.
- Familiarity with property management platforms (e.g., TRAMPS, Fixflo) is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Relevant qualifications (RICS, NAEA, or health & safety certifications) are desirable but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
