Your role
Growing the business
- Generating and winning new business to grow the client base
- Using your local network and market knowledge to win instructions
- Carrying out accurate valuations and giving clients clear, well-informed advice
Leading the team
- Leading, motivating and mentoring a team of property professionals
- Building a collaborative, high-performing culture
- Supporting the team to hit and exceed targets and client expectations
Clients and operations
- Building lasting client relationships and tailoring the service to each client
- Protecting the agency’s reputation for excellent service and integrity
- Running an efficient office with clear processes
- Overseeing administration, financial management and regulatory compliance
What we’re looking for
- Extensive estate agency experience and a sound grasp of how agencies and the market work
- A track record of winning new business, growing market share and increasing revenue
- Strong valuation skills with a history of accurate valuations
- A natural leader who builds trust, loyalty and high-performing teams
- At least 5 years at valuer level with the same employer
- In-depth knowledge of the Worthing market, including trends, pricing and competitors
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High standards of professionalism, ethics and integrity
