Our client who is an Independent Estate Agency in East Sussex are looking for a Part-Time Listing Manager to join their Residential Sales Team.
They are looking for a confident, enthusiastic Lister with a proven background in Residential Estate Agency, this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for Part-Time hours working 3 working days per week, covering some Saturdays
Key responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide valuations using local knowledge and market conditions
Convert Market Appraisals into Listings
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interaction with CRM system
Provide marketing strategies and campaigns for Listings
Follow up on viewings and enquiries to maximise conversion rates
Referring clients to trusted partners
Essential Experience:
Previous Listing/Valuing experience essential
Proven track record in converting Market Appraisals into Listings and converting to Sales Agreed
Strong Negotiation Skills
Confident and professional approach
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
UK Driving Licence and own car
Salary & Benefits:
Basic £26/£28k pro-rata
OTE £40/45K pro-rata
Hours : 9.00am – 5.30pm
Flexible hours: 3 days per week, including some Saturdays. The days and hours are flexible for the right candidate!
