Residential Sales & Listings Manager / Senior Negotiator
£27,000–£45,000 OTE including bonusFull-time | Permanent
We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Estate Agency Sales Professional to take the next step in their career.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves winning instructions, negotiating sales and driving results. You’ll play a key part in growing residential sales while helping lead and support a busy, successful team.
The Role
You will:
- Generate and carry out market appraisals
- Convert valuations into new listings/instructions
- Negotiate and agree property sales
- Progress sales through to exchange
- Build strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Help drive new business and increase market share
- Support and motivate the wider sales team
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout
About You
You’ll ideally have:
- 2+ years’ Estate Agency experience
- A proven track record in residential property sales
- Strong listing/instruction-winning ability
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- A proactive, target-driven approach
- Great organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
- A full driving licence and access to a car
Propertymark, NAEA, ARLA, ISVA or RICS qualifications/membership would be advantageous but are not essential.
Hours & Package
Salary: £25,000–£45,000 OTE, including bonus, depending on experience and track record.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:45am–5:30pm, plus every other Saturday, 9:00am–4:00pm, with a day off in lieu.
