Estate Agent – Oxford£30,000–£40,000 Basic Salary + OTE £50,000–£60,000
We are recruiting on behalf of an established and highly regarded estate agency in Oxford that is looking to appoint an experienced and ambitious Estate Agent to join its successful team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in residential property who enjoys building relationships, winning business and delivering an exceptional service to buyers and sellers.
The Role
Working within a busy and professional estate agency environment, you will play a key role in generating new business, managing applicants and vendors, conducting viewings and helping progress sales through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Conducting property viewings and providing professional feedback
- Generating and following up new business opportunities
- Booking and attending market appraisals
- Winning new instructions and helping grow the branch’s market share
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Maintaining regular communication throughout the sales process
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve individual and branch targets
- Providing a high standard of customer service at every stage
About You
We are looking for a confident, commercially minded individual who is passionate about property and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience within residential estate agency
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A proactive approach to generating new business
- Good knowledge of the property sales process
- A professional and personable manner
- The motivation to achieve and exceed targets
- A full UK driving licence
Package
Basic salary: £30,000–£40,000, depending on experienceOTE: £50,000–£60,000
