Sales / Senior Sales Negotiator | Hayes, West London
Basic Salary + Car Allowance + Commission | OTE £45,000+
Are you an experienced Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator looking for an exciting opportunity with a highly regarded estate agency?
Our client is a well-established and prestigious property agent in Hayes, known for its excellent reputation and strong presence in the local market. They are looking for an ambitious and driven sales professional to join their successful team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced estate agent with a proven track record in residential property sales, ideally with strong knowledge of the Hayes and surrounding areas.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for driving property sales from valuation through to completion, while building strong relationships with clients and generating new business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct property valuations and generate new instructions
- Negotiate and progress residential property sales
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Develop new business opportunities
- Provide expert knowledge of the local property market
- Deliver a professional and exceptional level of customer service
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Sales or Senior Sales Negotiator
- Strong track record in residential property sales
- Excellent local market knowledge, ideally Hayes and surrounding areas
- Ambitious, driven and target-focused
- Highly professional, polished and well organised
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive and personable approach
- Valuation experience would be advantageous
