Residential Sales Negotiator
Location: BridgwaterHours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:45am to 5:30pm), plus one in two Saturdays (9:00am to 1:00pm)Salary: £30,000 OTE
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Sales Negotiator to join a successful and well-established independent estate agency in Bridgwater.
This role would suit someone currently working within residential property sales, although experience is preferred rather than essential. The successful candidate will be joining a busy and professional team with excellent opportunities for long-term career development and progression.

The Successful Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in residential property sales (preferred)
- A confident, outgoing, and personable approach
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Professionalism and outstanding communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
