Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator / Lister
Location: Thame, OxfordshireSalary: £27,000–£30,000 DOE + CommissionOTE: Circa £40,000Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator / Lister to join a growing and ambitious estate agency branch in Thame.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established property professional who knows the Thame market and is ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll play an important role in the continued growth of the branch, with the opportunity to take on greater responsibility as the business develops.
The Role
Working across both sales and lettings, you’ll be responsible for developing new business, building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants, and delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the property journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Registering and qualifying prospective buyers and tenants
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Booking and carrying out market appraisals
- Winning new instructions and developing business opportunities
- Building relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants
- Canvassing and generating new business
- Following up enquiries and progressing opportunities
- Supporting the continued growth and success of the branch
About You
We’re looking for someone who is confident, motivated and commercially minded, with a genuine enthusiasm for property.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience within estate agency, sales and/or lettings
- Experience or strong knowledge of the Thame property market
- Previous negotiating and listing/valuation experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive approach to generating new business
- The ambition to progress your career and take on greater responsibility
- A full, clean UK driving licence
What’s on Offer?
- £27,000–£30,000 basic salary, depending on experience
- OTE circa £40,000

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, plus a share of Saturdays on a rota basis. A day off in lieu is provided when working a Saturday.
