Experienced Estate Agent
Midlands | Full-Time | Competitive Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission
Are you an experienced Estate Agent who enjoys the job but feels you could achieve more with the right company, systems and support behind you?
Our client is a modern, forward-thinking and rapidly growing estate agency with an established presence across the Midlands. They combine traditional estate agency values with smart technology, strong lead generation and a genuinely ambitious approach to growing their business.
As part of their continued expansion, they are looking for an experienced Estate Agent to join their successful team.
The Role
This is a varied, front-end estate agency position where you’ll be involved throughout the sales process. Responsibilities will include:
- Winning and listing new instructions
- Conducting market appraisals
- Registering and qualifying buyers
- Matching applicants to suitable properties
- Booking and carrying out viewings
- Providing meaningful feedback to vendors
- Working proactively with warm leads generated through the company’s technology platform
- Negotiating offers
- Progressing sales from offer through to completion
- Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, lenders and surveyors
- Building strong relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records
About You
This opportunity is specifically aimed at someone with previous residential estate agency experience.
You’ll ideally have:
- At least 12 months’ experience within residential estate agency sales
- A proven track record within the industry
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- A good understanding of the residential sales process
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills
- A proactive, results-driven approach
- The confidence to build relationships and generate business
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Previous valuation or listing experience would be particularly advantageous, although not essential.
