Associate Director – Estate Agency
Location: Warwick, covering Kenilworth & Leamington SpaSalary: £35,000–£40,000 basic + OTE £50,000–£60,000Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded estate agency for an experienced and ambitious Associate Director to lead and grow their presence across Warwick, Kenilworth and Leamington Spa.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established estate agency professional who is ready to take on a senior, commercially focused role with genuine responsibility for business growth, market share and team performance.
The Role
As Associate Director, you will play a key role in driving the success of the business across the local market. You’ll combine strong leadership with a hands-on approach to winning instructions, developing client relationships and ensuring an exceptional level of service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing the estate agency operation across Warwick, Kenilworth and Leamington Spa
- Driving new instructions, market share and revenue growth
- Carrying out market appraisals and converting valuations into instructions
- Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and the wider local community
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing the agency’s presence across the area
- Coaching, motivating and supporting the team to achieve and exceed targets
- Monitoring performance and ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the customer journey
- Acting as a senior ambassador for the business within the local property market
About You
We’re looking for an accomplished estate agency professional with a strong track record in residential sales and business generation.
You will ideally have:
- Significant experience within residential estate agency
- A proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business
- Strong knowledge of the Warwickshire property market, ideally including Warwick, Kenilworth and/or Leamington Spa
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven approach
- First-class communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- The confidence to represent the business at a senior level
- A full UK driving licence
Package
- £35,000–£40,000 basic salary
- OTE £50,000–£60,000
