Self-Employed Associate Estate Agent
Luxury Property | North Devon & Cornwall | Uncapped Earnings
Are you an experienced estate agent looking for more flexibility, higher earnings, and the opportunity to build your own business within a premium property brand?
We’re looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Self-Employed Associate Estate Agent to work alongside an established territory owner in a proven high-fee, low-volume estate agency model.

Commission Structure
- 70% on first £100,000 of completed fee income
- 80% on fee income between £100,000 and £150,000
- 90% on fee income above £150,000
As an example, 10 completed sales at £800,000 with a 1.5% fee would generate approximately £86,000 income to the agent.
Estimated Income Year 1 – £40,000
Year 2- £86,000
Costs
- £150 + VAT for the first three months
- Month four onwards – £550 + VAT monthly contribution towards head office, systems, portals and infrastructure
