£29,000 – £34,000 DOE + Attractive OTE (based on experience)
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings professional to step into a pivotal management role within a thriving, reputable Estate Agency. This position is ideal for someone with 5+ years’ industry experience and proven team leadership/operational management within residential lettings.
The Role

Oversee the day‑to‑day running of a busy Lettings office

Lead, motivate and develop the team to deliver outstanding service

Drive performance, growth and profitability across the department
-
Ensure compliance, legislation and best practice are consistently met
-
Manage landlord relationships, tenancy progression and property portfolios
-
Support with business development, marketing and local outreach

Streamline processes, improve efficiency and maintain high operational standards
About You
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential lettings

Strong management background within Estate Agency
-
Confident decision‑maker with excellent organisational skills
-
Natural leader with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
-
Strong understanding of lettings legislation, compliance and industry standards
-
Able to build rapport quickly with landlords, tenants and team members
-
Ambitious, commercially aware and driven to exceed targets
