Senior Property Manager

 

We’re looking for a Senior Property Manager to lead and manage a busy office. This is a great opportunity for someone confident and passionate about delivering excellent service. A vibrant and expanding company that would offer future training and promotion opportunities.

Key Duties:

  • Managing day-to-day office operations
  • Leading and motivating a property management team
  • Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
  • Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Requirements:

  • Previous lettings experience (senior level preferred)
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of lettings legislation
  • MARLA qualified preferred (training available)
  • Full UK driving licence
