Branch Valuer
As Branch Valuer, you will be responsible for generating new business, conducting accurate and confident market appraisals, and converting valuations into instructions. You’ll represent the brand locally, build strong relationships with homeowners, and deliver a first‑class customer experience from first contact through to instruction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional, well‑researched property valuations across Watford and nearby postcodes
- Convert valuation opportunities into signed instructions through strong negotiation and rapport‑building
- Generate new business through prospecting, canvassing, touting, and local market engagement
- Maintain exceptional vendor care, ensuring clients are informed, supported, and confident throughout the process
- Provide expert advice on pricing, marketing strategy, and current market conditions
- Work closely with the sales team to maximise instruction-to-sale conversion
- Represent the branch professionally at all times, upholding high standards of service and compliance
About You
- Proven experience as a Valuer, Senior Negotiator, or Lister within residential estate agency
- Strong knowledge of the Watford property market and surrounding areas
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Target‑driven, self‑motivated, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to build trust quickly and deliver a memorable client experience
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
