About the Role

We’re looking for an organised, customer-focused Property Manager to join a busy and friendly residential lettings team. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, delivering excellent service to landlords and tenants, coordinating maintenance, ensuring legal compliance, and building strong relationships with clients and contractors.

This is a fast-paced role that would suit someone with previous property management or lettings experience who enjoys problem-solving and thrives in a varied environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage maintenance issues from start to finish, liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors.
  • Arrange repairs, obtain quotes and oversee works through to completion.
  • Ensure properties remain fully compliant, including Gas Safety, EICR, EPC and other statutory requirements.
  • Carry out routine property inspections and prepare inspection reports.
  • Manage tenancy changeovers, including meter readings and utility notifications.
  • Maintain accurate property records, compliance documentation and key management.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and respond promptly to landlord and tenant enquiries.
  • Support the wider team with general property management duties.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in residential property management or lettings.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • A proactive, professional and solutions-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of current lettings legislation is desirable.
  • ARLA qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is an advantage.
