Lettings Negotiator – Cheltenham
Our client, a well-established independent estate agency in Cheltenham, is looking for a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join their successful team.
The Role
You’ll be helping tenants find their ideal home, conducting property viewings, negotiating tenancies, and delivering outstanding customer service throughout the lettings process.
Key Responsibilities
- Register and qualify applicants
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Match applicants to suitable properties
- Negotiate between landlords and tenants
- Prepare accurate property listings and documentation
- Deliver a professional, customer-focused service
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good IT skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience using CRM systems is an advantage
What’s on Offer
- £26,000–£29,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
- Monday to Friday, 39.5-hour working week
