Senior Sales Negotiator
Location: CheltenhamSalary: Basic salary up to £25,000 + Uncapped CommissionOTE: £40,000 – £45,000 per year

The Role
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while helping buyers and sellers achieve their property goals. Working within a busy, high-performing office, you’ll be responsible for building relationships, negotiating sales, and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Register applicants and match them with suitable properties.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Book market appraisals and valuation appointments.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcome.
- Generate valuation opportunities and support the instruction process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and applicants.
- Generate referrals for associated services.
- Keep your applicant database up to date and proactively follow up on leads.
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve individual and team targets.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year’s experience in residential estate agency sales (preferred).
- A full UK driving licence (essential).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, motivated, and target-driven approach.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A professional, positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability on a rota basis
Licence/Certification:
- Full UK Driving Licence (required)

Expected Earnings: £40,000 – £45,000 per year (including uncapped commission)
