Are you an energetic and driven Senior Lettings Negotiator looking for an exciting opportunity? If so we would like to hear from you! Our client are a well established multi-branch Estate Agency and are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their busy Lettings team in their Brentwood office. Being offered with high commission earnings, this is an opportunity not to be missed!
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator:
- Deal with all Letting enquiries by telephone, email and face to face
- Matching tenants to the right properties and providing relevant information
- Organising and carry out property viewings
- Liaising with tenants to negotiate terms of tenancy and renewals where applicable
- Maintain and build strong relationships with landlords and tenants whilst delivering exceptional customer service
- Carrying out market appraisals for future Lets and converting to listings
- Promote properties by social media and advertising platforms
- Keep up to date with current legislation
- Any ad-hoc duties that may arise
Ideal candidate:
- Previous Lettings experience is essential
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating deals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong team player and ability to work under pressure
- Smart and professional appearance
- Driven and ambitious to achieve targets
- Full UK licence and access to own car
