Property ManagerLocation: HonitonSalary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annumJob Type: Full-Time
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join a well-established and busy lettings team based in Honiton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in property or lettings who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.
The Role
As a Property Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of a residential lettings portfolio. Working closely with landlords, tenants and colleagues, you will help ensure properties are managed efficiently while delivering excellent customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conducting property viewings and inspections
- Completing inventories and check-outs
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance works
- Supporting the lettings team with administrative and operational tasks
- Ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience at all times
This position offers exposure to a varied property portfolio and would suit someone who is organised, proactive and keen to continue learning within the property sector.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous property, lettings or customer service experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to delivering high standards of customer service
- A full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle
