The Role
As Valuer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the continued success of the branch by generating new business and converting market appraisals into instructions.
Working within a busy, well-established office, you will benefit from a strong brand, excellent marketing support and a team committed to delivering outstanding customer service from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out residential market appraisals
- Winning new instructions and growing market share
- Building long-term relationships with vendors and prospective clients
- Advising customers on pricing and marketing strategies
- Working closely with the sales team to ensure properties launch successfully
- Negotiating offers where required and supporting sales progression
- Identifying and generating additional business opportunities
- Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service throughout the sales process
- Keeping up to date with local market trends and competitor activity
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Valuer, Lister, Senior Negotiator or Sales Manager within residential estate agency
- A proven track record of winning instructions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of the local property market
- A confident, professional and customer-focused approach
- Self-motivation with a desire to exceed targets
- Full UK driving licence
