Experienced Sales Negotiator – Gloucester
Location: GloucesterSalary: £25,000–£30,000 Basic + OTE £40,000–£45,000
Our client, a well-established and highly respected estate agency in Gloucester, is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their successful and growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional who enjoys building relationships, delivering outstanding customer service, and achieving sales targets. You’ll be joining a supportive business with a strong local reputation and a healthy pipeline of instructions.
The Role
As an Experienced Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for:
- Registering and qualifying prospective buyers.
- Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice.
- Negotiating offers through to successful sale agreed.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
- Generating new business opportunities and supporting property valuations where appropriate.
- Progressing sales while liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisers, and other parties.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Consistently achieving individual and branch performance targets.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within residential estate agency.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive, positive, and self-motivated approach.
- The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
