Experienced Sales Negotiator – Estate Agency
Competitive Pro Rata Earnings of £35,000+ | Flagship Regional Office
Our client, a well-established and highly respected estate agency, is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their flagship regional office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and customer-focused property professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and has a proven track record in residential property sales.
The successful candidate will be polished, motivated and commercially driven, with the ability to build strong relationships with buyers and sellers while providing a first-class customer experience throughout the sales process.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for:
- Managing buyer enquiries and qualifying applicants.
- Arranging and conducting property viewings.
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors.
- Progressing sales through to completion.
- Building long-term relationships with clients and generating repeat business.
- Delivering outstanding customer service while achieving individual and team sales targets.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within residential estate agency.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- A professional and personable approach.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for the property industry.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Working Hours
Our client is ideally looking for someone who can work most or every weekend, alongside one to three weekdays. This working pattern is similar to opportunities within New Homes and on-site housebuilder sales.
Office opening hours are:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
- Sunday: 10:00am – 3:00pm
Salary
This role offers the opportunity to earn the equivalent of £35,000+ per annum (pro rata), with higher earnings available for an exceptional candidate who is committed to delivering outstanding customer care and results.
