Our client, a well-established and highly respected property firm, is seeking an ambitious Senior Negotiator/Manager to join their successful office in Bristol (BS15). This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional who is looking for long-term career progression, with a clear and realistic pathway to Directorship.
The Role
This position will suit a driven individual who combines strong valuation and negotiation skills with leadership capability. You will play a pivotal role in winning new business, managing the sales process, and supporting the continued growth and performance of the office.
Key Responsibilities

Conducting market appraisals and securing new instructions

Managing and negotiating sales from offer through to completion

Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers

Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey

Supporting and contributing to the strategic growth of the branch
The Ideal Candidate

Proven experience as a Senior Negotiator, Valuer, or Manager

Strong knowledge of the Bristol property market (preferred)

Confident, professional, and commercially minded

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Ambitious with a desire to progress into a senior leadership or Directorship role
