Sales Negotiator/ Sales Progressor
Location: Arnold, NottinghamSalary: £23,000 – £27,000 per yearJob Type: Full-timeBenefits: Company pension, on-site parking
About the Role
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role at the heart of the sales journey. You’ll be the first point of contact for buyers and vendors, ensuring every client receives a seamless, professional experience from initial enquiry right through to completion. Your work directly impacts sales performance, fall-through rates, and overall client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Frontline Support

Handling incoming enquiries from buyers and vendors

Registering customer details accurately onto the CRM

Booking and managing viewings to maximise opportunities

Taking and negotiating offers to secure the best outcome for clients
-
Delivering a friendly, professional service that reflects the brand
Driving Sales Forward

Assessing buyer credibility through financial and proceedability checks
-
Promoting in-house mortgage and conveyancing services
-
Matching the right buyers to the right properties to reduce fall-throughs

Supporting the team in achieving strong sales results and pipeline performance
Sales Progression – Offer to Completion

Progressing sales from offer accepted through to exchange and completion

Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage advisors, and all chain parties

Keeping clients informed, supported, and reassured throughout the legal process

Maintaining accurate written and electronic records of all communication
-
Contributing to high exchange rates and smooth completions
Team & Office Support

Assisting with general office duties including admin and viewings

Providing cover during lunch breaks, holidays, and busy periods
-
Being flexible, proactive, and ready to support the wider team
What We’re Looking For

Confident communicator with strong customer service skills

Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage a busy workload

Proactive, positive, and comfortable in a client-facing environment

Experience in estate agency or sales progression is beneficial but not essential
