An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Valuer / Lister to join the flagship office of one of the Midlands’ most successful and highly respected independent estate agencies.

The Role
As Valuer / Lister, your primary focus will be to generate market appraisals, convert valuation opportunities into instructions, and play a key role in driving further growth across the Tamworth market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting market appraisals and providing expert pricing advice
- Winning new instructions and increasing market share
- Building strong relationships with vendors
- Delivering exceptional levels of customer service
- Negotiating offers and assisting with the sales process where required
- Working closely with a highly successful and supportive team
About You
To be considered, you should have:
- A proven track record as a Valuer, Lister, or Senior Sales Negotiator
- Strong conversion rates and a history of winning instructions
- Excellent knowledge of the local property market
- A polished, professional, and confident approach
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Ambition, drive, and a genuine desire to succeed
