Property Manager – PershoreSalary: £30,000Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm + every other Saturday (with time off in lieu)
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a proactive and organised Property Manager to join their established team in Pershore. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with property experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.
The Role:As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring a high level of service is delivered to both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Conducting property inspections and follow-ups
- Handling tenancy renewals and related administration
- Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management or lettings preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
- Customer-focused with a professional approach
- Full UK driving licence (preferred/required if applicable)
