Property Manager – LettingsSalary £25,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience)An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded independent lettings business based in Shirley.This is a key role within a busy office, offering the chance to manage a well-maintained portfolio while working in a genuinely supportive and close-knit team environment. The company has an excellent reputation for staff retention, with many team members staying long-term — a real reflection of the positive culture and working atmosphere.The RoleAs Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring a smooth and efficient service is delivered to both landlords and tenants.This is a varied and fast-paced position, ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, communication, and problem-solving.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a portfolio of residential propertiesHandling maintenance issues from start to finishLiaising with landlords, tenants, and contractorsCarrying out property inspectionsEnsuring all compliance and safety regulations are met (gas, EPC, EICR, etc.)Managing tenancy renewals and negotiationsDealing with deposit returns and disputesMaintaining accurate records and systemsAbout YouPrevious experience in residential property management is essentialStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilityConfident dealing with maintenance and compliance mattersAble to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectivelyA proactive and positive approach to problem-solvingFull UK driving licence preferredThe OpportunityMonday to Friday only – no weekendsOffice-based role within a friendly, supportive, and well-established teamA business known for its excellent staff retention and positive working cultureWorking for a reputable independent with a strong local presenceLong-term career stability and development
