You’ll run every part of the Crawley office and keep up its strong growth in the local market. What you’ll be doing
Growing the business
- Finding and winning new business to grow the agency’s client base
- Using your network and local market knowledge to attract clients and secure instructions
- Carrying out accurate, thorough valuations and giving clients clear, well-informed advice
Leading the team
- Leading, motivating and mentoring a team of property professionals
- Building a collaborative, high-performing culture
- Supporting the team to meet and beat sales targets and client expectations
Clients and operations
- Building strong client relationships and tailoring the service to each client’s needs
- Upholding the agency’s reputation for outstanding service and integrity
- Keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently, with clear processes
- Overseeing administration, financial management and regulatory compliance
About you
- Extensive estate agency experience, with a solid understanding of how agencies operate and how the market moves
- A proven record of winning new business, growing market share and increasing revenue
- Strong valuation skills, backed by a record of accurate valuations
- A natural leader who motivates and develops high-performing teams and earns their trust and loyalty
- At least 5 years at valuer level with the same employer
- In-depth knowledge of the Crawley market, including trends, pricing and competitors
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills at every level
- High standards of professionalism, ethics and integrity
