A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an organised and customer-focused individual to join a well-established independent property business as a Compliance & Maintenance Administrator based within their Shrewsbury office.

The successful candidate will play a key role supporting the lettings and property management department, ensuring properties remain compliant and maintenance issues are handled efficiently and professionally.
The Role
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with arranging statutory compliance and safety certificates including EICRs, EPCs and related documentation
- Maintaining accurate compliance and property records
- Handling incoming calls from landlords, tenants and contractors in a professional manner
- Supporting the lettings and property management team with day-to-day administration
- Coordinating diaries, contractor appointments, inspections and maintenance visits
- Using Jupix / Alto software for property management administration
- Assisting with Rent Smart Wales compliance requirements
- Notifying utility suppliers of tenancy changes and new occupancies
- Carrying out general office administration duties
The Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will be:
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Friendly, professional and confident communicating over the phone
- IT literate with good attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and keen to learn
- Comfortable working within a busy office environment
- A team player with a proactive attitude
Previous property experience would be beneficial but is not essential as full training will be provided.
Additional Information
- Full-time office-based role
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays required (9:00am – 3:00pm) on a rota basis
- Own car essential
