Property Manager
Salary: £28,000 basic | £30,000 OTE
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:45am–5:30pm (no weekends)
An exciting opportunity has arisen on behalf of our client for a driven and proactive Property Manager to join their award-winning, experienced, and energetic lettings team in Bradley Stoke.
This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll deliver exceptional service to both landlords and tenants while overseeing maintenance, compliance, routine inspections, check-ins, check-outs, and deposit processing.
You’ll be part of a thriving team within a long-established, trusted independent agency that prides itself on professionalism, customer service, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties

Organise and oversee property maintenance and safety compliance

Carry out routine inspections, check-ins, and check-outs

Handle tenancy deposit processing and dispute resolution

Communicate professionally with landlords and tenants

Ensure compliance with current legislation and internal procedures

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors

Work collaboratively with the wider lettings and property management teams
What We’re Looking For

Experience in property management or a customer-facing lettings role

Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

Confident written and verbal communication

Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Proactive, solutions-focused approach

Genuine interest in both property and people
-
Strong team player with the ability to work independently

Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

Basic salary of £28,000

Realistic OTE of £30,000, including pooled team commission and individual incentives

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing after 3 and 6 years’ service)
