Trust the recruiter’s opinion

Respond quickly
Do your best to respond quickly to submitted CVs, and try to see the candidates as soon as possible, even if it’s just an initial video call. Make some time after your usual business hours in case your candidates need to fit around their current work commitments.
If your candidate is suitable, ensure you respond quickly and negotiate an offer. If you don’t, someone else might. And if the candidate is unsuitable, ensure you give your recruiter clear and honest feedback so they have a better understanding of what you’re looking for.
