Our client is a well-established and forward-thinking estate agency based in the heart of Plymouth, known for their exceptional customer service and deep local market knowledge. They are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Estate Agency Valuer to join their team and help drive their residential sales portfolio.
Role Overview:
As a Valuer, you will be responsible for generating new business, conducting market appraisals, and securing instructions for residential property sales. You’ll be the face of the agency for many clients, so a professional, confident, and personable approach is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate and well-researched property valuations
- Build strong relationships with clients and convert valuations into instructions
- Provide expert advice on market conditions and pricing strategies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market
- Work closely with negotiators and other team members to ensure smooth sales progression
- Meet and exceed personal and team targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property valuations and residential sales
- Strong knowledge of the Plymouth property market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business generation
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Hours would be Monday to Friday 8.45 – 5.00 with one day working until 5.30. One Saturday in 5 on a rota, 9 – 3.
