Property Manager – Bristol
Salary: £30,000 + £1,000 Bonus
Our client, a well-established and reputable property company based in Bristol, is currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Property Manager to join their growing team.

The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards across all aspects of property management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Acting as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and contractor works
- Carrying out regular property inspections
- Ensuring full compliance with current legislation and regulations
- Managing tenancy renewals and negotiations
- Handling queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management or a similar role
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
