Sales Manager / Valuer – Exeter
Up to £50,000 OTE | £30,000 Basic | 6‑Month Guarantee Available
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a successful and well‑established estate agency branch in Exeter as a Sales Manager / Valuer, offering excellent earning potential, supportive leadership, and genuinely great working hours.
Our client is a highly respected, upmarket independent agent with an outstanding local reputation. They are looking to strengthen their Exeter office by bringing in a driven, ambitious, and commercially minded estate agent who can contribute immediately and help further develop the business.
The ideal candidate will already be working in the industry, either as a Senior Negotiator & Valuer, or Sales Manager, with a proven track record of winning business, securing instructions, and delivering results. Strong local market knowledge is essential, and experience handling upper‑end property would be an advantage, as the role covers all areas of the market.
You will be professional, polished, and well‑organised, with a proactive, personable approach and the confidence to represent a premium brand. This is a role for someone who enjoys relationship‑building and thrives in a performance‑driven environment.
Package & Hours
- Basic salary in the region of £30,000
- OTE £40,000–£50,000, dependent on experience and market conditions
- Six‑month guarantee available
- Working hours: 8.45am – 5.15pm Monday to Friday
- One in four Saturdays, 9am – 1pm
