Property Business Development Manager
Shropshire / Cheshire and further afield
£40,000 Basic | £45,000 OTE 
Monday – Friday (Saturdays if required)

The Role
This is a high-impact Business Development role focused on identifying and unlocking opportunities across the wider organisation.
You will play a key role in driving revenue, strengthening relationships, and enhancing service delivery, working closely with senior stakeholders across different departments.
This is not a traditional “sales” role — it’s about seeing the bigger picture and making things happen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities across multiple departments
  • Build and develop relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Spot inefficiencies or gaps and introduce solutions to improve performance
  • Generate new revenue streams across residential, commercial, and rural sectors
  • Work collaboratively across teams to deliver joined-up services
  • Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity
  • Contribute to overall business growth strategy

The Ideal Candidate

  • Background within estate agency, lettings, or wider property sector
  • Proven experience in business development or a commercially focused role
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
  • Ability to think strategically and act decisively
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
  • Comfortable working across multiple business areas
