An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Valuer to join a highly respected independent estate agency as they expand their Darwen office

What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out property valuations and market appraisals
- Winning new instructions and generating business opportunities
- Building relationships with vendors and providing exceptional service
- Strengthening the brand presence across Darwen and surrounding areas
- Maintaining high standards of compliance and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Property Valuer, Lister, or Senior Negotiator
- Proven ability to win instructions and generate new business
- Strong knowledge of the Darwen Property Market
- Highly motivated, professional, and customer focused
- Ambition to grow with an expanding office
