Sales Manager – Estate Agency
Location: Fulwood, Lancashire
Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 basic + Lucrative Commission

Our thriving client in the heart of Fulwood is looking for a talented Sales Manager to lead their sales team, deliver exceptional results, and drive growth across their portfolio.
The Role
As Sales Manager, you’ll take the lead in:
- Driving property sales and exceeding targets.
- Managing, motivating, and developing a high-performing sales team.
- Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Developing and implementing strategies to maximise market share.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales journey.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- An experienced estate agency sales professional (minimum 2 years in a similar role).
- Confident in leading and inspiring a team.
- Skilled at negotiation and closing deals.
- Commercially astute with a strong understanding of the local market
- Driven, organised, and committed to delivering outstanding results.
