Property Manager

Salary: £28,000 – £31,000 (DOE)

We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a residential portfolio and deliver a first-class service to landlords and tenants.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing a portfolio of residential properties

  • Acting as the main point of contact for landlords & tenants

  • Overseeing maintenance, compliance and contractor works

  • Managing budgets and resolving issues proactively

  • Ensuring properties are safe, compliant and well maintained

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in residential property management

  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills

  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail

  • Good understanding of UK lettings legislation & compliance

  • Comfortable using property management software

  • Practical knowledge of property maintenance and repairs
