Senior Sales Negotiator
Nottingham
£26k basic with a competitive OTE
Monday to Friday 8:30 – 5pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am – 2pm.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales negotiator to join a forward thinking, fast growing estate agency undergoing continued growth.
Their clients will always be at the centre of the business and receive the best possible advice, support and performance from the team.
Role Responsibilities:
· Professionally dealing with clients either face-to-face, by phone or e-mail
· Building rapport with clients when booking market appraisals and viewings, etc
· Emphasising the service we offer
· Consistently canvass for new business
· Being a first point of contact
· Negotiating offers
· Progressing sales and liaising on a daily basis with conveyancers, surveyors and mortgage advisors
· Consistently conduct vendor and applicant management
· Conducting viewings
Person Specification:
· A positive and outgoing attitude
· Keen attention to detail
· Able to prioritise and work efficiently at busy times
· Conduct, personal appearance and attitude enhancing the company’s reputation
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills at all times
· Client focused and orientated
· Must work well as part of a team and with individual tenacity
· Competent using IT software
· Prepared to go the extra mile to deliver excellence for your benefit and of your clients
· Incredible people skills
· Excellent knowledge of the property industry and ongoing trends
· Great knowledge of the local area

Qualifications/Background:
· Minimum two years’ experience as a sales negotiator
· GCSEs which must be Maths and English at grade C or above
· Full driving licence
