Our client, a highly respected and well-established estate agency in Oxford, is seeking an ambitious and driven Associate Director to join their successful team.

The Role
As Associate Director, you will play a key role in driving business growth, leading by example, and delivering exceptional service to clients. You will be responsible for generating new business, winning instructions, and supporting the wider team to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert new business opportunities
- Conduct market appraisals and win instructions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support and mentor team members
- Drive performance and contribute to office strategy
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
About You
- Proven experience in residential estate agency
- Strong track record in winning instructions and closing deals
- Highly motivated with a proactive, results-driven approach
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire others
- Local market knowledge of Oxford is advantageous
