Senior Sales Negotiator or Valuer – Newton Abbot
OTE: £30,000 (trainee valuer)-40,000+ (experienced valuer)
Full-time | Permanent
We are looking for a driven, ambitious and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator or Valuer to join our client’s dynamic team in Newton Abbot. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 2 years’ estate agency experience who is ready to take the next step in their career and play a key role in a successful, growing office.
We are seeking someone who is:

Highly motivated with a strong desire to achieve results

Confident in carrying out valuations and winning instructions

Experienced in property sales, negotiation and client management

Professional, well‑presented and an excellent communicator

Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team
Competitive OTE of approx. £30-40,000 per year, made up of:
-
£25,000 basic salary
-
£10,000 sales commission (approx.) depending on level of experience (less for a trainee valuer)

£5,000 extra commissions

Annual bonus for meeting company targets

Quarterly bonus structure
Hours
-
Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
-
Every other Saturday: 9:00am – 3:00pm (lieu time given)
Responsibilities

Conduct valuations and win new business (this can be subject to training)

Manage property listings from instruction to completion

Negotiate offers and progress sales
-
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
-
Build lasting relationships with vendors, buyers and local partners
